About Hangar Extension & Structural Link – MATELEC, Amchit
Completed in 2009 for MATELEC in Ghorfin-Amchit, this project required merging two separately built steel portal frame structures into a single unified industrial facility.
Daher Industrial engineered and executed the whole connection and bracing system, designing the interface joints, lateral bracing, and load transfer elements to preform as one cohesive structural entity.
Sandwich panels were added to the roof and side cladding to complete the envelope with the existing green finish carried across all additional steel work.
The result is a seamless 1,500 m2 factory with no visible trace of connection.
