About Prefab 6 by 6
Prefab structures, also known as modular homes, are becoming increasingly popular due to their affordability, sustainability, and efficiency. Compared to traditional houses, prefab structures are built in enclosed spaces and not affected by natural events such as storms or extreme heat or cold the way construction workers building traditional houses on the site are.
This is a great example of a 6×6 prefab house designed and created for one of our undisclosed clients.
The construction timeline is big difference between typical homes and modular homes that are typically built faster. In fact, construction time is reduced by up to 50%.
