Delivered in 2023 to Rosaire Private School in Amchit, this 24m² prefab sanitation block houses six individual toilet units (three for Men & three for Women) including a dedicated service/janitor room for cleaning equipment, all within a compact 3 by 8 footprint.
Built with sandwich panel walls and roof, tiled flooring, finished with white sanitary ware and aluminum handrails.
The unit was fully prefabricated off-site and installed in under 4 hours on-site. Connected to both electric & sewerage ensuring zero disruption to the school’s daily activity or schedule.
A concrete-poured exterior balcony completes the structure, delivering a durable, institutional-grade facility built for high-traffic daily usage.
