About the 100 m² L-Shape Modular Office Complex, Amchit
Daher Industrial designed and delivered a 100 m² modular office complex for IPT Group, one of Lebanon’s leading petroleum and oil exporters, at their operational base in Amchit.
The facility was pre-designed and fully customized to the client’s requirements, then fabricated entirely within DICO’s factory under controlled conditions. The structure consists of three individual prefabricated units engineered to join seamlessly on-site into a single L-shaped configuration, maximizing usable floor space while maintaining full structural integrity across all connections.
All three units were transported to site and assembled in under two days, minimizing operational disruption to IPT Group’s active facility. The exterior was finished with Alucobond cladding,
delivering a clean, professional commercial appearance suited to a corporate environment.
Full electrical installation was completed as part of the scope, resulting in a ready-to-operate workspace from day one of handover.
